Welcome to NOVA Interior & Exterior Cleaning. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

NOVA provides professional interior and exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial properties in the Charlotte, NC area and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Interior cleaning (recurring maintenance, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out)
  • Exterior cleaning (house soft washing, concrete cleaning, deck cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and specialty services)
  • Commercial exterior cleaning
  • Membership programs

Specific service details, pricing, and availability will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Service Requests

All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual property conditions and service requirements.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Prices are determined based on property size, service type, condition, and specific requirements. All quotes are provided in good faith but may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from initial information provided.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Recurring service clients may be invoiced on a regular schedule.

Late Payments

Past due balances may be subject to late fees and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and service needs
  • Ensure safe access to all areas to be cleaned
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sentimental items
  • Provide access to water and electricity as needed
  • Inform us of any special conditions, hazards, or concerns
  • Ensure pets are secured during service
  • Notify us of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of service completion

6. Our Responsibilities

NOVA agrees to:

  • Provide professional cleaning services to The NOVA Standard
  • Use appropriate equipment and cleaning products
  • Maintain $1 million in liability insurance
  • Employ background-checked team members
  • Respect your property and privacy
  • Address any service issues promptly and professionally

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, NOVA Interior & Exterior Cleaning will not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects
  • Damage to items not properly secured or disclosed
  • Normal wear and tear or aging of materials
  • Damage resulting from following client instructions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make things right. This may include re-cleaning specific areas at no additional charge.

9. Membership Programs

Recurring service and membership programs are subject to additional terms including:

  • Regular billing cycles and payment schedules
  • Cancellation policies and notice requirements
  • Priority scheduling and member benefits
  • Price protection and service guarantees

Specific membership terms will be provided at the time of enrollment.

10. Weather and Service Delays

Certain services, particularly exterior cleaning, may be affected by weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that may compromise service quality or safety.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of NOVA Interior & Exterior Cleaning and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Charlotte, NC under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
